How to evaluate NexusMed in your clinic

A pilot helps assess whether NexusMed fits a particular clinic’s documents and processes. Start with a defined group of clinicians, representative visits and clear evaluation criteria. Base wider adoption on reviewed drafts and the team’s experience.

Updated:

Define the pilot task

Choose a workflow: drafting a clinical record from a transcript, preparing a patient letter or transferring a document to a configured EHR form. Specify the specialty, template, participants and evaluation owner. Compare equivalent tasks and distinguish recording, generation, review and manual transfer time.

  • Agree visit types and required document fields.
  • Decide who reviews drafts and evaluates the pilot.
  • Set quality criteria before comparing results.

Measure the whole process

Include recording preparation, clinician review, corrections, transfer and saving. Fast generation alone does not prove a time saving. Compare similar visits and record omissions, unsupported additions and usability issues. A small pilot describes your workflow, rather than a universal effect across clinics.

  • Completeness and accuracy relative to the conversation.
  • The number and nature of necessary corrections.
  • Time until a reviewed document is saved.
  • Clinicians’ feedback on usability and limitations.

Agree data handling conditions

Before routine use, define data scope, processing parties, access and retention. The clinic’s responsible staff should understand the conditions and reflect them in agreements with the supplier. Start the first demonstration with de-identified material. Keep clinical documents and patient information out of the contact form.

Read prices and estimates in context

Published indicative prices are in RUB: an individual clinician plan is 3,000 RUB billed monthly or 30,000 RUB billed annually, equivalent to 2,500 RUB per month under annual billing. The clinic plan is 25,000 RUB per clinician per year. Network pricing is available on request. Confirm availability, included scope, limits and final terms with the team. The revenue calculator models assumptions and does not guarantee additional visits or income.

Plan any wider rollout

Review pilot feedback with clinicians and IT: templates, EHR fields, access, training and support. Check compatibility for the specific form and agree hosting and support requirements separately. There is no fixed rollout timeline or promise of a ready-made on-premise installation for every clinic. An English-language website is not a claim of US market availability, HIPAA certification or support for US billing forms.

  • Record workflows that fit and those that do not.
  • Agree limitations and a process for correcting errors.
  • Confirm the price and scope of the next stage.
